Job description
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Site Manager for our client who specialises in Modular installations. You will have a minimum SMSTS, First Aid, and Managers CSCS card. We are interested to hear from people with a background managing new build / refurb Commercial Projects.
The projects are spread across the UK and you will be required to attend site but also attend the London office from time to time.
Role and Responsibilities:
Attend early design & coordination meeting to establish site logistics and installation sequence.
Produce method statements.
Manage and coordinate all site sub-contractors.
Control and knowledge of all site materials.
Co-ordinate the Project Delivery from pre-planning to handover.
